Language/s: English fluent; German is an advantage

One of our most exciting clients is looking for a data scientist to join their data innovation team.

Responsibilities:

• Build and run data pipelines (real-time and batch)
• Turn raw data into usable insights
• Clean and structure data for analysis
• Work across multiple data sources
• Build and improve machine learning models
• Analyse data and deliver clear conclusions
• Communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ensure data quality through testing and validation
• Improve existing processes and systems

Requirements:

• Strong analytical thinking with a structured, solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working with messy, real-world data
• Clear communicator who can explain insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Detail-focused, proactive, and driven to continuously improve
• Collaborative team player
• Degree in a relevant field with strong foundation in statistics and machine learning
• Solid Python skills; additional programming languages are a plus
• Experience with data analysis, visualisation, and data quality/validation practices
