CAPEX Project Manager (m/f/d)

CSL Behring AG in Bern specializes in the manufacture of drugs for the treatment of immune deficiencies and immune dysfunction, as well as drugs for rhesus prophylaxis and albumin solutions for shock and burn victims. CSL Behring AG's production facilities are licensed by the Swiss health authorities and the US FDA. Every year, therapeutically important proteins are isolated from over six million liters of human plasma in accordance with the strictest safety and quality standards and processed into medicines. The products of CSL Behring AG are distributed worldwide.

The CAPEX Project Manager is taking the lead in in planning and coordination of all project related activities. He works with cross-functional teams. The role ensures that all project deliverables are developed, reviewed, approved and executed in accordance with schedule requirements and within the approved budget and the applicable quality standards and regulatory expectations. The candidate acts as the primary contact point for all involved stakeholders and external partners, which is key for a successful and compliant execution of CAPEX projects in GMP-regulated and capacity constraint environments.

Examples of projects to be executed as part of Annex 1 optimizations: Improvement of Sterile filtration of product (Point of Fill Filtration), Development and implementation of an electronic system to document interventions in Grade A, Sea ing of ceilings in Grade D, Optimization of Transitional spaces (MAL)

Qualifikation

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering ('vlechanical, Electrical, Process, Chemical, or equivalent), Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project execution within GMP-regulated environments (pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences), Important: Fluent in English [&]German language skills are necessary (both languages in reading, writing and speaking), Solid understanding of cGMP, EU Annexl, and engineering documentation, Proven experience in FMEA, technical troubleshooting, and interfacing with multiple departments, Strong communication 3nd organizational skills, with the ability to proactively drive tasks 3nd deliverables
