On behalf of our client, a premium Hospitality venue, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager F/M
to lead and oversee the operations of two signature restaurants within a luxury environment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing F&B operations in a luxury contemporary hospitality environment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership:- Manage daily operations of the two F&B outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, address feedback promptly, and implement improvement initiatives.
- Lead, train, and develop a diverse team of F&B professionals to deliver exceptional hospitality standards.
- Foster a positive, service-oriented culture that reflects the brand’s values.
- Develop and control budgets for the outlets, monitor P&L, and implement cost-control measures without compromising quality.
- Drive revenue growth through innovative concepts, upselling techniques, and special promotions.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain brand and luxury service standards across all touchpoints.
- Work closely with the Culinary Team, Sales & Marketing, and other departments to optimize guest experience and event execution.
- Coordinate with suppliers for premium product sourcing aligned with the brand identity.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in an F&B leadership role within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment, preferably contemporary in style.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in French or German highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and drive profitability.
- Excellent knowledge of modern F&B trends, guest preferences, and service excellence standards.
