- Operational and strategic management together with the Co-Managing Director Finance and Real Estate Accounting
- Co personnel responsibility for 22 employees as well as direct management, coaching, support and development of the management team (7 employees)
- Acquisition of new projects/properties, preparation of offers and contribution of own network
- Customer care and active networking within the industry
- Dealing with special requests from owners and tenants as well as complex issues such as insurance, tenancy law, rent setting, etc.
- Planning and conducting condominium owners' meetings and responsible for implementing the resulting resolutions
- Optimizing work processes and introducing digitalization measures
Your profile
- Several years of experience in the real estate industry and in personnel management
- Qualification as a real estate trustee or senior real estate manager with a federal certificate, general further training in management topics is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of landlord, tenant, contract and work contract law
- Experience in the area of condominium and co-ownership
- Experience in dealing with complex owner needs
- Skilled IT expert and user (Rimo R5)
- High motivation and mental flexibility
- Good communication and negotiation skills with impeccable German (written & oral), additional language skills in French and English are important
- Motivating, enthusiastic and team-oriented leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and approach
