• You will ensure a smooth cutover for the release unit infrastructure during the introduction of SAP S/4.
• You will work closely with the lead cutover manager of the programme control (Group).
• Your tasks will include planning, controlling, implementing and monitoring the system introduction.
• You will advise the business on blind spots and identify and mitigate risks relating to a successful introduction.
• You will request detailed plans, including resources for the individual cutover components (non-SAP systems, data, procedural or organisational activities, etc.) and participate in their development to ensure that they are aligned with the cutover plan (including acceptance points).
• You ensure that business activities relating to reporting, including risk and impediment management for the cutover, are carried out in coordination with the lead cutover manager.

Required criteria

• IT or business administration degree with strong IT skills
• ERP/SAP knowledge from 1-2 operational SAP projects
• Very good knowledge of Office 365 programmes (Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
• Conscientious and independent way of working
• Customer focus, strong communication skills, confident manner and negotiating skills, intercultural competence to coordinate different stakeholders

Desirable criteria

• Know-how in SAP Stream Enterprise Asset Management, Require and Retire, and Plan to Fulfil
• Experience in agile working methods
• Very good knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Solution Manager/Focus Build
• Practical experience: collaboration in cutover/deployment (e.g. in SAP projects)

• German (business fluent), English (good knowledge), French (an advantage)
