In our Agile DevOps Teams youBuild and execute a QA Strategy focused on early test automation adoption, with a focus on built-in cutting-edge automation solutions, significantly reducing manual effort and increasing test coverage. You Continuously assess and improve the automation processes to enhance test efficiency and effectiveness with a focus on driving the "shift-left" adoption in QA. Leverage Generative AI to automatically generate, optimize and maintain automated scripts based on Application flows, UI changes and natural language input.

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced automation frameworks to drive "Automation first mindset” using advanced automation techniques, including BDD, to streamline and enhance the QA process.
• Implement continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, enhancing the efficiency and reliability of release processes.
• Develop probing methodologies for validating availability and uptime of the Systems on Production environment to ensure "shift-right" adoption.

Your Skills

• 15+ years of experience in driving automation adoption while facilitating functional and automation tests across multiple testing levels (System Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing).
• Proficient in delivery of high-quality automation test solutions with strong knowledge on Java, Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber and TestNG frameworks.
• Implement innovative solutions to enhance automation capabilities and address emerging challenges.
• Sound knowledge of version control tools like Gitlab and Continuous integration tools like Jenkins / Gitlab CI/CD
• Good knowledge on build management tools like Maven, test data management through databases / Apache POI
• Define and promote test automation best practices, standards, and processes by developing hybrid automation frameworks.
• Competent in directing entire gamut of project management; phased deliverables, specifications analysis, resource allocation, project planning, and project execution.
• Strong Proficiency in Agile processes – proven record of implementing Scaled Agile Framework is a must. SAFe certifications are good to have.
• Apply Site Reliability Engineering principles to projects ensuring scalability, resilience and performance through automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement – SRE certifications are good to have.
• Strong analytical skills to develop deep know-how of E2E functional requirements, design documents, Product Models to develop Test Plans, Test Strategy, Test Estimations.
• Rich experience in strategizing test plans, creating test estimations, designing test cases, developing automation scripts - ISTQB Advanced Test certifications are good to have.
• Liaise with multiple ARTs and Business stakeholders to set up test environment and create test data according to complex system requirements.
• Drive rapid resolution of complex defects and critical incidents through expert triage, root cause analysis and cross functional coordination under high pressure situations.
• Deliver sharp, data driven reports which provide insights, highlight risks, and drive informed decision making across stakeholders – Deep knowledge on Jira rich filter controller reports is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Drive various types of testing including Functional, Automation, Localization, Integration, System, Regression, User Acceptance Tests.
• Manage cross-functional teams of functional and automation engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Be an expert in defect / incident triaging, skilled at analyzing, prioritizing, and coordinating resolution of software issues in test and production environments to ensure product quality, timely delivery, and great customer experience.
• Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance the quality and efficiency of QA efforts.
• Manage project risks efficiently, proactively identifying potential challenges and mitigate them to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure comprehensive reporting and analytics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and facilitating informed decision-making.
