We’re looking for a seasoned power electronics innovator—someone who understands offline and automotive power conversion inside out and is eager to drive the next wave of high-voltage AC-DC IC solutions.

Expected Experience :
- You’ve spent 15+ years designing switch-mode power supplies (50W–3kW) and know the power IC development cycle like the back of your hand.
- You’re an expert in control loops, magnetics, and high-voltage power conversion (85-477VAC, 400-1kV DC).
- You want to own the product definition process, ensuring ICs are optimized for efficiency, cost, and real-world application.
- You’re comfortable leading technical discussions, working cross-functionally, and helping customers integrate breakthrough power solutions.

What You’ll Do
- Define & Specify Next-Gen Power ICs – Your deep system understanding will shape innovative solutions for the market.
- Prototype & Validate Concepts – Work with advanced simulation tools and hands-on lab testing before IC design.
- Drive Technical Leadership – Support the IC design team to ensure specifications translate into high-performing products.
- Engage with Customers & Sales – Bridge the gap between customer needs and high-volume, cost-effective solutions.
- Create IP & Protect Innovation – Develop patentable technology that keeps the company ahead of the curve.
