With the central unit 'Corporate Processes & Digitalisation' (CPD), we aim to best support the integration of process, digitalisation, and IT know-how with the requirements of the departments within the Böllhoff Group, both nationally and internationally.
In six as independently operating departments as possible, all process, digitalisation, and IT competencies are bundled to successfully implement digitalisation initiatives together with the respective departments (Sales, Purchase, Finance, Logistics, Product Lifecycle Management, and Production & Supply Chain).

Your Tasks
- Lead and deliver IT projects in the Finance and Accounting domain across our global organisation
- Analyse requirements from internal stakeholders worldwide and develop functional and technical concepts
- Provide functional leadership to interdisciplinary teams, applying agile and traditional project management methods
- Proactively evolve and harmonise the system and process landscape
- Configure and implement agreed business processes end-to-end
- Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support for the relevant systems and processes
- Manage and steer external service providers to agreed service levels
Your Profile
- Hands-on experience with enterprise ERP systems (e.g. Infor M3, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Relevant professional experience in IT consulting or in Finance and Accounting
- Alternatively: completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist or a degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes
- Service- and customer-oriented mindset with a confident, credible presence
- Results-driven, structured way of working with a high level of initiative
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to undertake travel on a moderate basis

- Experience in project management (agile and/or waterfall), including coordination of cross-functional teams
