• support the sales team with product and application-related topics, including application training
• conduct product demonstrations for international customers and support sales activities at trade fairs
• perform installations and conduct customer training
• create training materials and conduct training courses for our partners and end customers in Germany and abroad
• conduct trials, tests, and analyses for product optimization
• create, conduct, and document software and field tests
• conduct test series in accordance with NDT-specific standards or customer requirements
• assist in creating and maintaining user and service manuals
• support in technical service in the areas of technology and application
• provide technical support in the areas of development and product management

• completed technical training or a technical degree, ideally with experience in the field of radiographic imaging and X-ray systems
• several years of experience in the field of industrial radiography
• strong understanding of radiographic principles and techniques
• knowledge of radiation safety practices and exposure control
• knowledge of international Codes, standards and practices in non-destructive testing
• RT-D (NDT Level 2 or higher certification) preferred
• confident use of ERP systems and MS Office
• knowledge of network and system configuration in Microsoft OS environments
• familiarity with digital radiography software and image analysis tools
• excellent written and verbal English skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
• several years of professional experience with direct customer contact
• independent working style with a strong customer focus
• communicative and friendly demeanor
• willingness to travel
