Description:

As a Finance Controlling and Business Partner Director Manufacturing you will report to VP Controlling in the Finance based in Blieskastel or Obernai for a Permanent contract.

Mission

• Drive strategic initiatives, risk management, cost efficiency, and financial/non-financial steering models as a trusted Business Partner.

• Lead planning & forecasting (annual IFP, intra-year IFF, 3-year plan) covering capacity, resources, costs, and ROI.

• Support manufacturing transformation (rationalization, investments, new operating model) and implement Standard Costing for efficiency gains.

• Ensure profitability, productivity, and transparency of results beyond P&L through state-of-the-art Controlling practices.

• Lead and develop an international team of ~40 controllers across 9 countries, fostering a strong Business Partnering culture.

Profile

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent; 10–15+ years in senior Controlling/Finance leadership within international industry.

• Proven expertise in Controlling, planning & reporting, with strong business partnering mindset.

• Skilled in Excel, SAP S4, BW4HANA; able to drive process harmonization and digitalization.

• Strategic, collaborative, customer-focused, strong communicator, results-driven.

• Fluent in English (French/German a plus); willingness to travel up to 20%.
