Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie
- Professionelle Entlastung im Tagesgeschäft
- Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von funktionsübergreifenden, strategischen Projekten (z.B. Artificial Intelligence für Customer Groups)
- Volle Verantwortung und Teilnahme an allen Kommunikationsplattformen
- Verantwortlich für Personalanforderungen
- Erledigung der telefonischen und schriftlichen Korrespondenz
- Vollumfängliches Travel-Management (weltweit) sowie Reisekostenabrechnung, Koordination der Visabeschaffung
- Terminkoordination und -überwachung
- Unterstützung bei Organisation / Koordination von internen und externen Meetings / Veranstaltungen auf internationaler Ebene
- Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Präsentationsunterlagen
- Kommunikation mit internen Entscheidungsträgern
- Erstellung und Freigabe von Bestellanforderungen und Rechnungen nach Abstimmung
- Beschaffung von Betriebsmitteln
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, alternativ Ausbildung zur Fremdsprachen-/ Europasekretärin, Managementassistentin oder einer ähnlichen kaufmännischen Ausbildung
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit MS-Office, SAP und Internet
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Hohe verbale und schriftliche Kommunikationskompetenz
- Solide betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
- Sicheres Auftreten, höfliche Umgangsformen, Selbstbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Dienstleistungsmentalität
- Sehr gutes Zeitmanagement und hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation
- Eigenständige, systematische und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Belastbarkeit, auch unter Termindruck
- Stark ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Hohes Maß an Flexibilität und Verlässlichkeit
