• Design, implement & execute performance benchmarks & contribute to automation frameworks
• Analyze & interpret performance metrics across layers (hypervisor, OS, container, network, storage)
• Identify bottlenecks & collaborate with Red Hat & IBM development teams to implement performance improvements
• Evaluate different IBM Z & RHOCP configurations & find tunings for performance & efficiency
• Contribute to technical documentation & provide best practices for OpenShift performance

Ihre Qualifikationen:

• Experience in performance engineering & benchmarking
• Deep understanding of Linux Systems & Container orchestration
• Proficiency in using performance tools, e. g. perf, sar, Prometheus/Grafana
