Aufgaben:
- As a Product Engineer in the SoC Test Supply Chain team, you will aim:
- To drive Advantest towards operational excellence in an outsourced manufacturing
- To drive manufacturing processes' optimization, cost reduction and quality improvement
- Initiatives,
- To take supply chain metrics towards defined goals working closely with our contract
- Manufacturers, internal teams in Development, Supply Chain and Product Marketing in a very
- International environment,
- To manage quality, product changes and technical supply chain processes of products to
- Constantly fulfill customer and business requirements,
- To provide special technical advice to peers and management,
- To actively drive supply chain requirements into hardware and test software design to achieve
- Efficient and predictable manufacturability by utilizing the capabilities of our partners,
- To bring new instruments of the V93000 IC tester into production on time,
- To do all the above without close and constant supervision, neither from peers nor from
- Managers.
Qualifikationen:
- Being the successful candidate, you:
- Have a bachelor's or a master's or a doctoral degree in electrical & electronic engineering,
- Possess a broad spectrum of electrical & electronic engineering & measurement techniques,
- Have a broad knowledge of end-to-end manufacturing processes of electronic high-level
- Assemblies,
- Are familiar with printed circuit assembly development and manufacturing processes,
- Are proactive, flexible and have an innovative mindset with analytical problem-solving skills,
- Can demonstrate a strong ownership of the product you will be managing,
- Have good communication skills and are a team player in cross-collaborations typical of a
- Matrix and global organization,
- Are willing and able to travel (>=10%) to our business partners and to our multiple sites,
- Are fluent in English (at least CEFR C1), ideally in German too, but a CEFR B1 would suffice.
