Project Manager - Supply Chain (m/f/x)

Your responsibilities:

As a Project Manager – Supply Chain, you will lead cross-functional initiatives focused on optimizing and managing the end-to-end supply chain for our cutting-edge product development projects. You’ll play a key role in ensuring on-time delivery, cost control, and operational excellence across multiple departments, suppliers and external partners.

• Plan, lead and execute supply chain projects across sourcing, logistics, production and supplier management
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, quality and manufacturing teams to support product development and ramp-up phases
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies in highly dynamic project environments
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and on budget
• Apply best practices from PMI frameworks and ensure compliance with internal processes
• Drive continuous improvement in supply chain performance and project delivery

Your profile:

• PMP Certification (Project Management Professional – PMI) or equivalent
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional supply chain projects, preferably within the semiconductor industry
• Solid understanding of the full product lifecycle (PLC), from initial concept development through to final shipment and post-sales activites
• Solid understanding of the product lifecycle (PLC), from conceptional phase until shipment
• Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain design, commodity management, supplier performance management, supplier selection, and execution of production transfers
• Exceptional ccmmunication, stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Great team-player with high empathy
• Fluent in English and German
• Must be currently residing in Germany for fast-track onboarding
