Tasks

• Strategic thinking : You will expand market share for our portfolio and tap into new industries and target markets. You will analyze customer needs and examine the feasibility and economic viability of potential customer solutions in close cooperation with the technical teams.
• Communicative driving force : You will conduct initial meetings with potential (new) customers and build long-term, trusting relationships with C-level decision-makers. Analyzing trends, competition, and customer requirements is second nature to you, enabling you to develop innovative approaches to business development. You will also assist in the design and implementation of sales campaigns.

Qualification

• Education : You have a bachelor's degree with a technical focus (e.g., industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, etc.).
• Profile : Ideally, you have several years of experience in B2B sales/business development and can demonstrate proven success in sales . You are rightly proud of your strong network of C-level decision-makers and your good understanding of even complex technical solutions. Strong negotiation and communication skills as well as a confident manner at C-level are what set you apart. Strategic thinking , entrepreneurial spirit, and a high level of self-motivation are among your other qualities. Willingness to travel rounds off your profile.
• Expression : You demonstrate excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken, every day.
