The "Digital Transformation Finance” team is looking for an innovative, tech-savvy and customer-oriented individual who can support digital transformation projects for the Finance team globally across all the areas of Finance, i.e. Commercial Finance & Investment Controlling, Pricing, Controlling, Accounting and Compliance.

The goal of the "Digital Transformation Finance” team is to build a competitive advantage by leveraging technology to improve our processes and reduce our costs. The "Digital Transformation Finance” team sits at the intersection of business and technology and focus on guiding the Finance team through the process of integrating new digital solutions into their operations. AI and other start-of-the-art technologies are focus points for the team as enablers of business insights and improving the business’ decision-making process.

As an intern, you will primarily support the resolution of issues related to existing solutions, participate in testing new solutions, assist with new analytical requirements, and contribute to the continuous update of the Project Management documentation. To succeed in this role, you will need to be proactive, creative in suggesting new ideas, and passionate about applying technology to improve our ways of working.

Eligibility Criteria

This internship is part of a local scheme with universities in Germany. The main eligibility criterion is to be actively enrolled in a university program throughout the entire duration of the internship. You will be required to provide documentation such as your ID, student visa, and enrolment certificate as part of the eligibility verification process.

Your key accountabilities include:

• Support to the maintenance of IRM, eBCA, eContract and ePricing
• Testing of solution’s new features
• Support to the fine tuning of the Data Products on Snowflake
• Support to our Requirements Design activities
• Support to our Project Management activities

What are we looking for from you?

• An academic background in data analysis and project management
• Knowledge of Data Modeling and Business Intelligence
• Knowledge of UI/UX Best Practices
• Strong Communication and problem solving capabilities
• Data Analytics & Data Analytics Tools (Power BIs, SQL, Automation, Excel)
• Project Management Methodologies (Agile, Waterfall…)
