We provide a broad range of management consulting services to all DHL business units and global functions with unparalleled access to top management. For selected clients, we also drive external projects in strategic supply consulting at some of the world’s leading companies.

With more than 130 consultants working out of three offices in Germany, Singapore, and the USA, we work on assignments from all over the globe. Our office in Bonn, Germany employs 100 management consultants from all over the world. Since our company language is English, almost half of our team are internationals.
What will be your role:
- Join our diverse team in Bonn and work on exciting consulting projects across various functional areas (e.g., strategy, finance, HR, IT, operations, etc.).
- As a valued member of our international team, your unique perspective will drive high-impact analyses and recommendations for our customers.
- Work closely with your colleagues, supporting each other to develop new strategies for our customers' business models.
- Taking ownership of your workstream within a project team, you'll have the autonomy and recognition you deserve.
- Embrace your creative thinking to shape innovative business ideas that make a real impact.
- Enjoy open communication and collaboration with top management, ensuring your project work runs efficiently and effectively.
- Your keen eye for detail and intuition will help identify structures and processes for optimization.

What you bring to the team:
- Your academic and professional records showcase your dedication and talent.
- You've got at least 1-2 years of relevant practical experience (e.g., consulting, strategy, or project-based internships), empowering you to settle in quickly.
