Head of Sustainability CRE EMEA (m/f/d)
Location open (national/international)

Your responsibilities:
Leadership: Technical and disciplinary management of the Sustainability CRE EMEA department, including personnel and budget responsibility to ensure economic success.
Strategic sustainability management & consulting: Responsibility for the regional sustainability strategy in the real estate sector, implementation of global guidelines and advising CRE EMEA management on roadmaps, priorities and relevant sustainability trends.
Project management: Management and implementation of regional sustainability measures throughout the entire life cycle, adhering to costs, deadlines, quality, resources and risks, as well as standardised project processes.
Stakeholder management: Central point of contact for sustainability and energy issues in the real estate sector in the EMEA region, as well as advising regional business unit managers and internal stakeholders.
Innovation: Supporting global sustainability initiatives by contributing regional requirements, helping to develop new solutions and ensuring integration into Group-wide technology standards and methods.
Profile:
Education: University degree in real estate management, business administration, economics, engineering, real estate finance or a comparable field
Requirements: At least 7 years of comparable professional experience, ideally in a management position, as well as practical experience in project management
Soft skills: Leadership skills, negotiation skills, confident manner, skilful communication, pragmatic problem solving
Hard skills: Confident use of Microsoft Office, driving licence, fluent written and spoken German and English
