We are looking for a proactive individual with strong analytical capabilities, data management skills, and experience working with Excel and Power BI. Your Tasks

• Gain first-hand insight into a global HR organization and actively support global Talent Management initiatives.
• Support the implementation of our Talent Management roadmap through data analysis, reporting, and coordination of talent programs and processes.
• Manage and develop Excel-based analyses, datasets, and reporting models to enhance process transparency and decision support.
• Provide input to and support in the development of cross-divisional Power BI dashboards, including building and maintaining dashboards for Talent Program–specific topics.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses, perform data visualizations, and prepare sharp, insight-driven presentations in PowerPoint.
• Use Power Automate (or other automation tools) to streamline and improve Talent Management processes.
• Contribute to new developments such as mentoring and coaching platforms.
• Independently manage Talent Management projects from planning through execution.

Your Profile

• You must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Very good skills in Excel (advanced functions, data cleanup, structuring, analysis; experience with pivot tables and Power Query is a plus).
• Solid hands-on experience with Power BI (report building, data modeling, visualizations).
• Programming skills are beneficial but not required.
• Proficiency in VBA to support and adjust automated scripts, especially for bulk communications and recurring processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear, visually appealing reports and presentations.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Teams (including channel management), Microsoft Forms, or other survey tools.
• Basic video editing skills using Clipchamp or comparable software.
• Digital mindset, willingness to learn, and strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Team player who can also work independently and think creatively.
