- Implement security controls and measures in new (GCP) and existing (Azure) cloud environments.
- Implement necessary tools and systems to support information security efforts, or integrate existing solutions into both cloud environments.
- Develop and maintain security governance processes and documentation in the context of building a Google Cloud Platform-related advanced analytics platform for DHL.
- Participate in architecture and go-live reviews to ensure that security aspects are sufficiently covered.
- Assess, describe, and position advanced technical complexities from a security perspective, and align with the CISO organization.
- Consult on the vulnerability management process, including identification, assessment, and remediation of security vulnerabilities.
- Leverage IT-security technical expertise in Kubernetes and cloud environments to support the security effort of the migration from on-prem to GCP, as well as to consolidate the security posture on Azure.
- Assist in improving the overall security posture of existing and newly developed applications.
- Academic background in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field (e.g., Software Engineering, Network Engineering).
- At least 5 years of experience in the field.
- Experience in designing enterprise security architecture.
- Familiarity with fundamental technologies to address security topics for our Data & AI applications including Kubernetes (e.g. AKS and GKE), Python, JavaScript, and GitHub Actions.

- Ability to interact with different stakeholder groups (e.g. technology experts, end users, business, and vendor representatives), and across different levels of seniority.
