Your tasks

• Supporting the internal sales team by preparing quotations, processing customer inquiries and orders, as well as internal coordination with the specialist departments.
• Responsibility for the purchase of vendor services, including the negotiation of conditions and framework agreements.
• Managing and monitoring maintenance contracts and ensuring compliance.
• Management and coordination of vendors to ensure smooth cooperation and optimal performance.
• Analysis of market trends and supplier performance to identify potential for improvement.
• Collaboration on projects to optimize internal processes.

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in internal sales, purchasing or a similar field.
• Sound knowledge of license management and vendor control.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working.
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems.
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
