What are your main tasks?

• You will be responsible for the following technical issues:
• You will be the technical contact person for the AiBATROS software that has been introduced. As part of this, you will provide support in carrying out updates, adapting training content and assisting with supra-regional evaluations.
• You will use your specialist knowledge to develop and monitor the technical construction standards in housing management.
• You will advise the regional divisions on all technical matters.
• You will also advise on the planning of investment and building maintenance requirements in coordination with the regional divisions and on cooperation with external service providers in the area of construction measures.
• You will be responsible for the following tasks in the area of purchasing management:
• You will be involved in procurement requirements planning at head office for supra-regional requirements.
• You will be responsible for preparing and coordinating all information required for awarding contracts and coordinating with the purchasing department.

Our work is mobile and flexible. Nevertheless, the post/workplace involves business trips of approx. 5 to 20 days per year, including throughout Germany. These business trips are always planned well in advance to ensure a good work-life balance.

What do we expect?

Qualifications:

• You have a university degree (Bachelor/FH) with a background in construction (e.g. architecture, civil engineering, construction management) or real estate management.

Professional skills:

• You have good specialist knowledge and practical experience in the field of building maintenance measures (maintenance, repair).
• You have a good knowledge of all relevant legal and administrative regulations and standards, e.g. HOAI, VOB, BauOBIn, DIN and VDI.
• You already have specialist knowledge and experience in the field of real estate administration and management.
• Your knowledge of AiBATROS is good.
• Comprehensive specialist knowledge and practical experience in the implementation of procurement procedures and contract design are desirable.
• You have knowledge of business administration.
• Ideally, you have knowledge of SAP or are willing to acquire this in the short term.
• You are confident in using standard IT applications (Microsoft Office).

• You have a thorough and careful way of working with a high level of reliability.
• You have the ability to familiarize yourself with changing areas of responsibility.
• You work independently, thoroughly and in a goal-oriented manner, even with an increased workload.
• Your verbal and written communication skills are good and you have excellent communication skills.
