TRAINEE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & STRATEGY INTERNATIONAL IN CORPORATE OCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY (M/F/X)

What we do
We coordinate global OH&S activities by harmonizing processes across divisions, identifying Group-wide focus areas, and setting common frameworks (such as safety management systems, KPI reporting, and standardized processes). We act as the link between divisional OH&S and senior management, chair the global OH&S committee, and work to strengthen DHL Group’s Safety Culture and Safety Leadership.
Your tasks
- Running safety projects (with supervision and team support)
- Working with telematics and AI solutions
- Supporting change management initiatives
- Contributing to safety maturity assessments
Your profile
- Minimum Master graduation before April 1st, 2026, in International Business, Econometrics, Finance, International Politics, Economics
- Worked in a large company and gained initial experience in safety (up to 3 years)
- Knowledge of the cross-divisional structure of the Group, e.g. through previous internships; practical experience in logistics
- fluent/very good English skills, fluent/very good German skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, Miro, PPTX
- Very good communication and teamworking skills, cultural awareness, public speaking, creativity
