TRAINEE CORPORATE FUNCTIONS INTERNATIONAL IN GROUP COMMUNICATIONS & SUSTAINABILITY (M/F/X)
The department Group Communications & Sustainability protects and enhances DHL Group’s reputation via pro- and re-active comms measures to internal and external audiences. A data-driven comms measurement approach is an important cornerstone for successful communications to stakeholders.
The “Communications Strategy & Controlling” team focuses on:
- Conducting in-depth international media monitoring & media analyses in order to identify company’s visibility & media reputation
- Shaping and refining the overall communications strategy with help of existing empirical data across various stakeholder groups (such as journalists, general public, employees, customers, etc.)
- Support the Global Media Relations department (spokespeople) along their monitoring and analysis needs
- Measuring integrated comms performance across communications activities of Group’s 5 key growth areas of DHL Group’s Strategy 2030, support and strategically consult respective Comms Topic Community owners
Our mission is to develop a data-driven communications strategy supported by clearly defined KPIs and continuous measurement.
Your tasks
- Support the global Media Monitoring process
- Analysis of media resonance to evaluate success / areas of improvement
- Strategic consulting with regards to future communications opportunities
Your profile
- Minimum Bachelor Graduation before April 1st, 2026
- Strong affinity to media and communications
- First experiences (up to 3 years) in communications/PR and strategic or comparable work areas
- Fluent English and German skills
- “Can do-spirit”, team player, responsible, accuracy and quality first-thinking, multitasking, curious and open-minded
