Legal Services is committed to delivering practical, solution-oriented legal advice to business partners around the globe. Our team provides broad support across contract management, negotiations, and processes involving customers and suppliers, as well as general commercial and litigation matters.
The Legal BPO team focuses on continuously improving how legal services are delivered. By standardizing processes, increasing efficiency, and enhancing service quality, we help our business partners work more effectively. We make strong use of digital tools, streamlined workflows, and the First Choice methodology to drive sustainable transformation.
Our Legal Operations & Innovation (LOI) teams are small, international, and highly motivated. A core team of four works closely together and is part of an agile global community of around 17 colleagues. Together, we support regional legal teams and contribute to exciting global initiatives.
Our main mission is to support lawyers in their day-to-day work by taking over tasks that can be standardized, automated, or digitized. This allows our legal experts to focus on what truly requires legal judgment. In addition to running global corporate processes (such as satisfaction surveys), we play a key role in shaping and implementing the digitalization and innovation strategy of the Legal Department (around 470 employees in more than 50 countries).
This includes projects such as: Implementing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools, developing and applying GenAI solutions for various use cases, building meaningful KPI dashboards, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.

Your tasks
- Project management support for regional and global technology projects, contributing to planning, coordination, and successful delivery
- Designing and delivering trainings as well as providing hands-on support and consulting for lawyers, for example on MS Office and digital tools
- Supporting and managing administrative corporate processes, ensuring smooth and efficient execution
Your profile
- Minimum Bachelor Graduation in Informatics, Natural Science, Media & Communications, Engineering, Economy, Controlling, IT Development, Programming, Statistics, Social Studies before October 1st , 2026
- First professional experience (up to 3 years) in Project and teamwork experience, minimum 3 months international exposure, consultancy experience of advantage, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Forms, Sharepoint of advantage
- Fluid English skills is a must, German is nice to have
- Team player, pragmatics, positive, can-do attitude, open and honest, creative, flexible, explorer spirit, frustration tolerant
- We are looking for a self-motivated Trainee who enjoys working globally with spread virtual teams and who is willing to take on “ownership”, be creative and solution oriented
