What you do

• You will assist in the organization and administration of training courses and learning paths, taking on a wide range of operational tasks in the area of human resources development.
  
  
• You can keep track of participants reliably: you document attendance, communicate with participants, and ensure structured reminder management.
  
  
• You prepare evaluations, reports, and clear status overviews, thereby ensuring transparency in ongoing development measures.
  
  
• Depending on your interests and needs, you can contribute your ideas and knowledge to the further development of training concepts and learning paths.
