Job description
- You will be responsible for office organisation and a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business
- You will coordinate appointments and correspondence with confidence - both internally and with external contacts
- Telephone and customer support are part of your remit; You handle enquiries in a friendly and competent manner
- You reliably carry out order processing and accounting so that payment flows and customer orders are processed efficiently

Requirements
- Ideally, you will have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable commercial qualification, which will provide you with the necessary specialist knowledge for office and administration
