Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate production machines while ensuring high product quality

Execute production orders according to the production plan

Ensure material supply for smooth production flow

Monitor and optimize production processes on the machines

Clear finished parts from the line

Requirements

Completed technical training

Technical understanding and hands-on production experience

Independent working style and organizational skills

Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (38 hrs/week)

Practical, hands-on mindset and creative problem-solving skills

Language skills: German B1 and/or English B1

Salary: approx. € 2,200 net/month (incl. shift and other allowances)
