Production Process Supervisor (m/f) 100%

We are a recruitment agency founded in 1996, with offices in Basel and Zurich, Switzerland. For our client, a leading production company in the cannabis cultivation sector, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Process Supervisor (m/f) for a permanent position, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee daily production processes, including trimming, packaging, and quality control
• Ensure the proper functioning of all equipment and machinery
• Supervise, support, and mentor production staff
• Ensure compliance with company standards, legal regulations, and industry best practices
• Document production activities and report to management
• Identify potential risks in production workflows and implement preventive measures
• Collaborate with other departments, particularly Quality Assurance, Cultivation, and Compliance

Your Profile:

• Initial leadership experience in a production environment
• Ideally, practical experience in cannabis processing
• Strong knowledge of production, packaging, and quality control processes
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or Spanish is an advantage
• Team-oriented with proactive problem-solving skills
