Supervisor Cultivation (m/f) 100%

We are a recruitment agency founded in 1996, with offices in Basel and Zurich, Switzerland. For our client, a leading production company in the cannabis cultivation sector, we are seeking a motivated and experienced supervisor in the cultivation department (m/f) for an immediate start or by arrangement.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee daily cultivation activities, including planting, growing, and harvesting
• Ensure plant health and optimal environmental conditions
• Manage and supervise cultivation staff
• Oversee proper functioning of equipment and tools
• Ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
• Identify opportunities for process optimization

Your Profile:

• Initial leadership experience in a production or cultivation environment
• Ideally, experience as a certified ornamental plant grower (EFZ) is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of plant biology, pest management, nutrient management, and related cultivation practices
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a plus
• Team-oriented, flexible, and reliable
