As Account Executive (B2B Software) – Benelux (m/f/d), you will report directly to the Head of International Sales, and work in a dynamic international environment where your contributions truly make a difference. We are looking for ambitious, performance-driven individuals who are eager to take ownership and shape success. This is your opportunity to manage customer relationships end-to-end, and grow both personally and professionally.

Your responsibilities

  • Primary responsibility for the acquisition of new clients and generation of new business
  • Expansion of the customer base in the Benelux sales region and realization of assigned sales targets
  • Identification of prospects, pitching products and services, and closing of deals with new customers
  • Development of sales strategies for target accounts and delivery of presentations to potential clients
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for new clients, contract negotiation, and client onboarding
  • Ongoing business development with current customers

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in B2B software or SaaS sales, ideally in complex solution selling
  • Track record in new business acquisition and closing deals
  • Experience in industries such as ERP, SaaS, Industrial Software, IoT, or similar
  • Ability to understand and sell complex technical solutions (background in PLM/MES is a plus)
  • Strong commercial mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • High level of ownership, self-organization, and resilience
  • Excellent Dutch + fluent English (German is a plus, not required)
