"First the coffee, then the work!" - Move tons of coffee as a plant operator / machine operator in the coffee silo and take responsibility as an employee within a dynamic team in warehousing and pre-production.

Your tasks
- Participation in the day-to-day operations in the green coffee area
- Control (operate, monitor, check) the storage and retrieval of coffee in silos
- Implementation of and compliance with QM measures on the part of the company
- Sampling of green coffee
- Quantity and condition control of the goods
- Control of the trucks to be loaded for cleanliness (cleaning certificate)
- Driving of industrial trucks as well as their maintenance
- Taking responsibility for careful, proper and hygienic handling of goods and corresponding loading aids
- Carrying out the required documentation according to specifications
- Maintaining order and cleanliness within the company
- If necessary, work in other departments
Your profile
What you bring with you
- Independent, reliable way of working and ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to work alternating shifts (early and late shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.), Monday through Friday
- Confident command of the German language, both written and spoken
- Good IT understanding (MS Office, MES/SPS understanding)
- Technical understanding (machines, plants, conveyor technology)
- Hands-On mentality ("packer" and "doer")
- Forklift license is an advantage
- Unrestricted health suitability for alternating shift operation
- Completed industrial vocational training in the technical / craft or similar. Further training to become a master craftsman or 3 years of professional experience as a plant operator / machine operator would be an advantage (not a requirement)
- Experience in the control of plants and machines in the field of (pre-) production is an advantage (not a condition)
