Structural Engineer (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Development of structural concepts for satellites
- Definition of structural requirements
- Supervision, monitoring and technical control of sub-contractors for structural components
- Responsibility for the structural sizing, coordination and conduction of structural analyses, documentation and presenting of results
- Performance of static-, dynamic and thermo-elastic analyses
- Definition and support of structural verification tests, including test specification, test prediction, test conductance and test evaluation
- Technical support for the system engineering in the domain of structural analysis
Your Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering with focus on Structural Engineering
- Experience in the development of satellite structures is an advantage
- Knowledge of static, dynamic, acoustic and thermo-elastic analyses
- Knowledge and experience with structural analysis software, such as Hyperworks, NASTRAN is an advantage
- Fluent in English reading and writing
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Organized, structured and target-oriented
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Business travel willingness
