Key Responsibilities:

• Build, develop, and maintain long-term customer relationships

• Work closely and collaboratively with field sales, purchasing, and product management

• Prepare and issue customer-specific quotations and ensure consistent follow-up

• Enter and process customer orders in the system

• Monitor and coordinate ongoing orders as well as volume contracts

• Maintain and update customer master data

• Handle customer complaints and ensure appropriate resolution

• Issue credit notes

Profile:

• Fluent in English and German (C1 level)

• Several years of experience in inside or outside sales, preferably in the MIL/AERO sector

• Strong solution-oriented and customer-focused mindset

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
