To support our continuous organic growth, we are looking for highly qualified specialists. To strengthen our Quality Assurance team, we are seeking dedicated and experienced Group Leader QA Shopfloor Management (f/m/d), 100%.
Your tasks:
- Lead a team of QA Shopfloor Managers, promoting leading by example and a proactive quality mindset, and operational excellence
- Empower team members to make decisions within defined governance frameworks.
- Coach and mentor managers to strengthen leadership and technical skills.
- Ensure QA presence on the shopfloor to support uninterrupted, compliant manufacturing operations
- Act as escalation point for quality issues and provide guidance for timely resolution
- Oversee adherence to internal procedures, GxP requirements, and ALCOA+ principles
- Coordinate QA support across functions to ensure consistent and efficient quality oversight
- Drive investigations into deviations and non-conformances, ensuring robust root cause analysis and effective CAPA implementation
- Represent QA leadership in shopfloor meetings and cross-functional forums
- Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects to enhance quality performance and operational efficiency
- Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and other QA teams to maintain high standards of compliance
Your profile:
- University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related technical discipline
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing, including leadership roles in QA
- Strong expertise in quality assurance and operational QA practices
- In-depth knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and quality systems (deviation handling, CAPA, change control)
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Fluent in English and German is mandatory
