What you will move in this role:

• You lead interdisciplinary and intercultural project teams in power electronics development projects and act as the first point of contact for our customers
• You create entrepreneurial value over the entire product life cycle by supporting acquisitions, development projects safely into series production and implementing customer changes and "cost down" measures in series production maintenance
• As contact person, you ensure transparent and targeted communication with internal and external stakeholders at project and management level
• In collaboration with your assigned customers, you define the project requirements together with the Technical Project Managers
• In project and negotiation situations you always maintain an overview, take into account the interests of the company and achieve the best result for both sides
• You identify risks at an early stage and work with your project teams to counteract them with sustainable measures
• In the event of deviations from targets, you carry out appropriate escalation scenarios and ensure that standards are met within the scope of development
• You proactively contribute ideas for continuous improvement to the projects, to the organisational structure and to processes
• Your process-compliant approach and sustainable actions make you a role model for the team and ensure that targets are met in terms of quality, specifications, costs and deadlines

What skills and experience you should bring:

• You have a higher degree in engineering or industrial engineering, preferably specialising in electrical engineering or mechatronics
• Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in project management in the field of power electronics/charging systems in the automotive environment
• You have a high level of technical understanding, extensive experience in international project business and good knowledge of development processes in the automotive environment (e.g. Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262 etc.). )
• You use your know-how to benefit the team with your systematic and structured way of working
• You are used to driving projects forward in a goal-oriented manner and coordinating the different domains in your project work in a results-oriented way
• You find it easy to plan ahead and coordinate resources accordingly
• You are characterised by a high level of teamwork and negotiation skills
• You have leadership and decision-making skills, very good analytical skills and a conceptual and creative way of thinking
• You enjoy working in an international environment coupled with the corresponding international mobility
• You are proficient in MS Office and the MSP planning tool as well as ERP systems (ideally Infor)
• You communicate confidently in English (written and spoken), German is an advantage
