What you will move in this role:

• You will ensure the application of customer-specific requirements in projects, processes and production through reviews, audits and assessments
• You will act as an interface to customers regarding quality planning, initial samples and series production quality issues (e.g. customer complaints/defects, changes)
• Support system design FMEA, product and process approvals and RFQ issues for new customers (e.g. analyse customer quality requirements, specific customer documents)
• Track and report the status of quality planning and assurance tasks in projects, Q and company organisation including overarching measures, including Switzerland, Germany and China
• Report on the overall quality status at project and quality organisation level
• You coach the quality team (project quality manager, software quality manager) and support the further development of the

What skills and experience you should bring:

• After graduating in electrical engineering, electronics, automotive engineering, mechatronics, software, industrial engineering or similar, you will have at least five years' experience in a similar field, ideally with some experience of managing and leading a team
• You are a trained auditor for VDA 6.3 and/or IATF/ISO9001, ideally a certified auditor
• You have knowledge and experience in using automotive core tools
• Ideally, you have additional qualifications and certifications in quality management, ASPICE, ‘Provisional Assessor’), ISO26262 (cyber security) and/or project management; knowledge and experience with quality tools and ‘specialities’ (e.g. 8D, FMEA, FTA) are ideal
• You communicate confidently in German and English
