Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance and review of complaint files in accordance with applicable procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Verification of the complaint data within the Complaint Database.
• Upload of the finished & closed PDF Complantfiles to the Server.
• Assessment of case‐specific information for complaint relevance (e.g. adverse events originating from clinical trials).
• Preparation and submission of Medical Device Reports (MDRs) to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
• General administrative and assistance tasks as required.

Qualification Requirements

• Advanced English and German language skills (both written and verbal).
• Work with focus and precision, even when carrying out repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within timelines.
• Strong team orientation.
• Affinity for IT; solid knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams and Outlook mandatory.
• Strong interest in medical technology.
• Initial practical work experience (internship or similar experience is sufficient).
