Your tasks:

• Independent planning, control and monitoring of waveware implementation projects for external customers (hospitals, clinics) as well as internal projects for the introduction of new modules
• Recording, analyzing and documenting customer requirements and internal needs in the area of CAFM, especially in the context of medical technology and operating technology maintenance processes
• Development of tailor-made CAFM solutions using waveware functionalities to optimize maintenance processes
• Coordination between customers, internal departments (e.g. IT, maintenance), software developers and external service providers
• Analysis of existing maintenance processes and identification of optimization potential through the use of waveware
• Analysis and preparation of databases and systematic processing of mass maintenance data
• Conducting user training and ensuring the transfer of know-how to customers and internal employees
• Ensuring the quality of implementations and customer satisfaction

What you bring with you:

• Professional experience in the management of IT projects, ideally in the field of CAFM, ERP or maintenance systems
• Sound knowledge of Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM), ideally with practical experience of working with waveware
• Understanding of the processes involved in the maintenance of medical technology and operating technology in hospitals or similar facilities
• Affinity for IT systems and the ability to grasp and communicate complex technical issues
• Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving and process optimization skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as negotiation skills in dealing with customers and internal stakeholders
• High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and ability to work effectively in a team
• Business fluent in written and spoken German; good knowledge of English is an advantage as well as willingness to travel
