Medical assistant / MFA / Secretariat HKL (m/f/d)

Regular working hours in a one-shift system.

Co-care of HVAC patients in the monitoring room

Organization of examinations and advising patients on queries

Medical management of patients in the cardiac catheterization laboratory including registration, appointment allocation

Advice for outpatient cardiology patients (chief physician's outpatient clinic, pre-inpatients)

Management of the cardiology secretariat and medical director

Organizational support for events (Heart Day, M&M conferences, CA duty consultation)

Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d)

A friendly and personable personality with very good communication skills

High motivation, commitment and ability to work cooperatively and interdisciplinary with other departments

Committed, independent and responsible work, assertiveness and reliability

Experience in practice organization and confident handling of common IT programs

Relevant professional experience in the field of a cardiac catheterization laboratory

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
