Your Role:

You will be our primary IT systems administrator and full-stack developer. You will take full ownership of our server infrastructure, development pipelines, and internal tools. You will also support and guide junior team members on technical matters.

You will code Lead a team in AI services and agents, design n8n automations, build vector databases for RAG-style apps, and help ship AI calling agents. You’ll collaborate closely with our software lead in Germany and work hands-on with Claude and other high-end tools to deliver real, production-grade automations for our group.

Tasks

• Design, deploy, and maintain Linux-based server infrastructure (bare-metal and containerized)
• Manage Docker/Podman environments and multi-tenant application stacks
• Administer reverse proxy setups (Traefik/Nginx), SSL, DNS, and firewalls
• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications (frontend + backend + APIs)
• Build and manage automation workflows (n8n, scripts, CI/CD pipelines)
• Monitor system health, uptime, backups, and disaster recovery
• Maintain security standards: access control, SSH hardening, credential management
• Document systems clearly and keep documentation up to date
• Lead and mentor junior IT staff and developers
• Communicate proactively with management about system status and risks

Requirements

• Strong Linux administration (Ubuntu/Debian preferred)
• Docker / Podman / container orchestration
• Full-stack development: JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js, React or similar)
• Database management: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
• Networking fundamentals: DNS, firewalls, VPNs, reverse proxies
• Git and version control workflows
• Automation tools (n8n, cron jobs, shell scripting)
• English proficiency (written and verbal)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, or similar monitoring tools
• Familiarity with CRM or real estate platforms
• Experience managing multi-tenant SaaS environments
• Team leadership or mentoring experience
