Department Head, Printed Circuit Board Assembly 100% (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the SMT and THT areas, both technically and in terms of personnel (team of 11 employees)
• Creation and optimization of placement programs (Siplace)
• Responsibility for AOI systems, including programming and optimization (Viscom)
• Maintenance and responsibility for the reflow oven (Rehm)
• Support and responsibility of the paste printer (DEK)
• Maintenance and responsibility for selective and wave soldering systems (Ersa and EPM)
• Support with maintenance and servicing of production facilities
• Active participation in the SMT/THT line as required
• Ensuring process and quality specifications

What you bring to the table:

• Several years of management experience in electronics manufacturing, particularly in the SMT and THT sectors
• Practical experience in programming and operating production equipment (e.g., Siplace, Rehm, Viscom, Ersa)
• In-depth knowledge of electronics, ideally with experience in ESD protection
• Independent, responsible, and structured approach to work
• Sensitivity and skill in handling electronic components, as well as in precise manual work
• High level of care and awareness of occupational safety and health protection
• Strong teamwork skills, flexibility, and reliability
• Good written and spoken German skills
