Purchasing & Production Planning Specialist (M/F/D)

Your responsibilities – as part of a small team:

• Planning and Initiating Orders for Components and Internal Production Orders
• Setting delivery dates and scheduling received customer orders
• Tracking delivery dates and recording incoming goods
• Early detection of material shortages and implementation of appropriate measures
• Creation and maintenance of product master data and bills of materials
• Contributing to Material Change Management
• Assisting with inventory counts and supporting warehouse management
• Close collaboration with logistics, production, development, and sales

What you bring to the table:

• Completed basic training in business or technology
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Initial experience in purchasing, production planning, or a production environment
• A structured, precise, and independent work style
• Flexibility and a willingness to roll up your sleeves in a dynamic environment
• Written English
