We are partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit German-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an exciting role based in Greece. Your Role

• Managing customer requests via phone, email, and chat
• Providing accurate information about vehicle models, services, and features
• Offering expert support and roadside assistance when needed
• Handling inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborating with your team to continuously improve service standards
• Promoting a positive customer experience and building brand loyalty
• Supporting clients with empathy, clarity, and expert communication

Your Qualifications

• Fluency in Danish (C2 level) and good English communication skills (B2 or above)
• A genuine interest in the automotive industry is a strong advantage
• Previous experience in customer service (min. 6 months preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple requests
• Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and systems
• Positive, team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn
