For our soul retreat Giardino Ascona in Ticino, we are looking to fill the following position for the upcoming summer season, starting approx. from the end of March 2026 :

In this position you are responsible for the smooth service in our hotel and à la Carte Restaurant Hide & Seek. You will work independently from taking orders to collecting payments and will look after and advise our guests at the highest level. Customer-oriented handling of complaints is also part of your job. You will also work at our hotel bar and poolside restaurant.

• Apprenticeship in the gastronomy/hotel industry
• Experience in a comparable position
• Distinctive hospitality skills
• Independence, reliability and sense of duty
• Ability to work under pressure, flexibility and enthusiasm
• Excellent language skills in German and English, Italian an advantage
• You are a team player even in hectic situations and do not lose the overview
• A well-groomed appearance and polite manners
