Senior HR IT Business Analyst
you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between HR and IT. You’ll work closely with the HR community to understand their needs and deliver tailored IT solutions that enhance efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
Job description
As an HR IT expert, your main activities include the following:
- Collaborating with the HR community to analyze requirements and design, configure, develop, train, and test HR IT solutions.
- Providing first and second-level support for HR applications, with a particular focus on Swiss Payroll (ERP HR ProConcept).
- Analyzing, implementing, and documenting new IT processes within the HR domain.
- Performing regular maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of HR applications.
- Participating in or leading HR IT projects, depending on scope and requirements.

Professional requirements
Qualifications & Technical Skills:
- Swiss IT Diploma (ES), or a Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a strong interest in IT and emerging technologies.
- Proven experience with Swiss Payroll ERP ProConcept, and strong knowledge of its HR payroll functionalities.
- Familiarity with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules (HR Core, eRecruitment, Personnel Administration) is highly appreciated.
- Solid technical expertise in ORACLE, SQL Server, and PL/SQL.
Languages
- You communicate fluently in French and English. German is an asset.
