Your profile:
- Qualification as a legal assistant (m/f/d) or commercial qualification, e.g. as an office clerk (m/f/d), office communication clerk (m/f/d) or industrial clerk (m/f/d)
- At least 1 year of professional experience in a law firm
- Confident use of MS Office and law firm software (e.g. RA-MICRO, DATEV Anwalt)
- Very good knowledge of German in spoken and written
- Teamwork skills, strong communication skills, and a friendly demeanor.
Your tasks:
- Independent organization of daily office life
- Preparation and editing of legal documents, contracts and correspondence (including using a dictation device)
- Scheduling, deadline management and file management (digital & analog)
- Fee billing according to RVG (accounting knowledge in this area)
- Communication with clients, courts and authorities
- Supporting the 2 lawyers in day-to-day business
