We are a medium-sized law firm with a focus on commercial law in Frankfurt am Main with currently seven attorneys and are looking for an associate for this area with immediate effect:

Your responsibilities:

• Independent processing of legal files
• Production of letters, pleadings and contracts according to dictation
• Fee billing according to time spent and RVG
• Processing of various dunning procedures
• Coordination of appointments and travel planning
• Working with the electronic file
• Mandate support
• Carrying out general secretarial tasks
• Reliable control/monitoring of resubmissions and deadlines

Your Profile:

• A completed vocational training as a legal assistant or a completed commercial apprenticeship
• very good communication and team skills,
• independent and conscientious way of working,
• good to very good knowledge of MS Office and the law firm software RA-Micro
