Job description
- You will be responsible for the complete recording and system-side processing of customer orders, taking into account the specific technical requirements in the field of medical technology
- In addition, you will be responsible for the proactive clarification of technical details in direct exchange with the internal specialist departments and the respective contact persons on the customer side

Requirements
- You have successfully completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or healthcare clerk (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have sound professional experience in commercial order processing, ideally in a company with a technical background or an industry with a high need for explanation
- You have a sound knowledge of the common MS Office applications and experience in working with modern ERP systems, which will characterise you in the daily processing of complex data records
- Your German language skills at native speaker level, both written and spoken, will enable you to communicate with customers in a legally compliant manner:
