Job description

  • You will be responsible for the complete recording and system-side processing of customer orders, taking into account the specific technical requirements in the field of medical technology
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the proactive clarification of technical details in direct exchange with the internal specialist departments and the respective contact persons on the customer side
  • Furthermore, you will ensure the complete documentation of all order-relevant data and compliance with the specified quality standards

  • The preparation of quotations and the monitoring of delivery dates are also part of your tasks, to ensure that customers are supplied on time:
  • as part of your job, you will support the team in master data maintenance and contribute to the optimisation of internal processes through your careful working methods
  • you will also support complaints processing and act as a competent interface between sales, logistics and the end users of the medical products
  • finally, you will be responsible for the final invoicing of the services provided and thus ensure a smooth transition to the company's accounting department

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or healthcare clerk (m/f/d)
  • In addition, you have sound professional experience in commercial order processing, ideally in a company with a technical background or an industry with a high need for explanation
  • You have a sound knowledge of the common MS Office applications and experience in working with modern ERP systems, which will characterise you in the daily processing of complex data records
  • Your German language skills at native speaker level, both written and spoken, will enable you to communicate with customers in a legally compliant manner:
  • Furthermore, you have a high level of technical understanding and a pronounced service orientation in order to transfer customer requests into operational processes in a targeted manner
  • Finally, you are a team-oriented personality and always work in a structured manner, even with a high workload, reliable and with an eye for the essential detail
  • In addition to your professional expertise, you will also have a valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany to fulfil this responsible position
