Your responsibilities

• Program/Project manager responsible for product launch from start to serial hand-over
• You are responsible for the optimal exercise of the interface between customers and internal specialist units in the product development process
• Sustainable support of the assigned projects from quotation preparation to series release as well as project planning and tracking to meet the customers’ expectations.
• Technical contact person for customers as well as their support within the scope of co-engineering
• Preparation of all release documentation as well as the procurement of project-specific manufacturing equipment or test facilities

Our requirements

• A degree in mechanical or automotive engineering and initial experience as a program manager or equivalent qualifications and work experience
• Professional experience in the manufacturing process of elastomer molded parts and/or thermoplastics as well as in project management are mandatory
• Project, Design engineering or technical engineering experience a plus.
• CAD knowledge (SolidWorks) as well as a basic knowledge of IATF quality requirements are an advantage
• A certain degree of flexibility and willingness to travel (approx. 25% per year)
• A high degree of personal responsibility and assertiveness as well as a strong team spirit and a high service orientation
• Fluent written and oral English skills (level C1), German is an advantage
